Inlays and Onlays

In order to renew a moderately damaged tooth, special fillings referred to as inlays or onlays are used. Their application is also recommended in cases where the tooth has been broken or cracked but where the damage is not so extensive that it requires a ceramic crown. These inlays and onlays are made of composite materials similar to white fillings or ceramic materials. They are frequently used as an alternative to amalgam fillings since they make your smile look more natural.
